While in restorative yoga poses, allow the healing energy of the light of Reiki and of the sound waves of the Gong to gently wash over you to create the homeostatic resonance of healing in all layers of  body, mind & spirit. The energy can penetrate to your cellular level to allow your highest Self to shine forth.
