Pricing is $10.00 per class drop in or, $8.00 if you purchase two or more class and use them within a 30 day time period.

January 1, 2019 11am-1pm! Sweat and Samadhi: Open yourself to a new year!  Join me for a two hour class as we slowly open up the layers of the body with emphasis on hips, hamstrings, hip flexors and shoulders in an all around feel good class with some gentle core strengthening. We will seamlessly quiet the mind as we flow gently and mindfully into sun salutations, standing poses, twists and ultimately into stillness as we finish with a nice long yoga nidra (guided meditation equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep) to renew, restore and rejuvenate all layers of your being!

Abby Thouin, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame,   She is a  E-RYT® 500, YACEP® registered and certified ISHTA yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. ISHTA stands for the Integrated Sciences of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda created and founded by Yogiraj, Alan Finger. She teaches vinyasa, yin, hatha, restorative, prenatal, Level 1 Energy Medicine Yoga, meditation, and yoga nidra. Abby has studied extensively under Kavi Yogiraj Alan Finger, Sarah Platt Finger, Peter Ferko, Desiree Rambaugh, Pauly Zink and Lauren Walker.  She is also registered Shake Your Soul Teacher, combining yoga, movement and music for a purely soul-full experience.   Abby is also a Usui/Holy Fire /Ryoho Reiki Master. 
 
Abby welcomes any opportunity to share her love for yoga with others. “I really love the personal and introspective side of yoga which draws us inward yet in a classroom setting inspires deep sense of unity through our individual practices, our breath-- our unity.”  Every day I attempt to deepen my practice and learn more. “I will remain a humble student of yoga forever.
